Customer Service Coordinator – Customs Forwarding & NVOCC

  • Checking & arranging of shipments, monitor and follow up on all activities.
  • Experience in import and export customs procedures / experience in handling freight related transactions.
  • To handle customer enquiries and feedbacks on our services provided.
  • Able to work as a team as well as independently with minimum supervision.
  • At least 1 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Familiar with all shipping documentations.
  • Must be able to converse well in English.
  • Able to work independently, good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work under pressure.
