Customer Service Coordinator – Customs Forwarding & NVOCC
- Checking & arranging of shipments, monitor and follow up on all activities.
- Experience in import and export customs procedures / experience in handling freight related transactions.
- To handle customer enquiries and feedbacks on our services provided.
- Able to work as a team as well as independently with minimum supervision.
- At least 1 years of working experience in the related field.
- Familiar with all shipping documentations.
- Must be able to converse well in English.
- Able to work independently, good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work under pressure.
