Customer Service Executive – Customs Forwarding & NVOCC

  • Coordination with Customers on requirements and ensure fulfilment of the requirements.
  • Capable of handling all documentation.
  • In-charge of daily shipment coordination and planning.
  • Monitoring the support from Customers.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Good communication skills and proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Reasonable understanding of customs clearance procedure and international logistics requirements.
  • Able to work independently, strong work commitment, good team leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
