Customer Service Executive – Customs Forwarding & NVOCC
- Coordination with Customers on requirements and ensure fulfilment of the requirements.
- Capable of handling all documentation.
- In-charge of daily shipment coordination and planning.
- Monitoring the support from Customers.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
- Good communication skills and proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Reasonable understanding of customs clearance procedure and international logistics requirements.
- Able to work independently, strong work commitment, good team leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
