Management Trainee

Management Trainee program is a structured program, aimed at grooming new talents and develops the qualified into future leader

• All management trainee will be offer of 24 months contract
• During or end of the contract program, the Company will evaluate each trainee’s performance and will offer permanent employment to those who fulfil Company’s requirements
• Learns line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business
• All the MT will then be posted to various departments within the Company
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field, equivalent with CGPA of 3.0 and above or first / second class upper honours
• Computer skills in spreadsheets, tracking, analysis, database
• Ability to input and manipulate data and create reports as required
• Proactive character & positive work attitude
• Possesses strong analytical skill and problem solving
• Self-discipline, organized and detail oriented
• Interested in logistics/supply chain industry
• Good interpersonal skill
• Good verbal & writing skill
