According to Time magazine, Penang is ranked as one of the top 10 amazing Asian vacations that won’t cost a fortune over almost 50 other popular destinations in Asia. “Penang island’s diverse attractions – white sandy beaches, large resorts, quiet fishing villages and a bustling urban centre – are a steal right now,” the magazine said in its report.
