Campaign For A Lane (CFAL) 7th Edition

The 7th edition of the Campaign for A lane (CFAL) event organized by G-Club Penang cyclists was successfully held on the 9th of August 2015. The annual cycling event, created as an effort to have a bicycle lane implemented on all roads in Penang, included an astounding 82 kilometer ride around the entire Penang Island. The MTT group, including Prince of Wales Island International School, MTT Properties & Development, Priority Cargo, Priority Bonded Warehouse and Priority Resources Event Management Division were amongst the sponsors, supplying a water station for riders in the Balik Pulau area. This was also supported by Our Bakery, which helped revive exhausted riders with scrumptious banana muffins.  Consistent with MTT Group’s effort in environmental preservation, waste segregation initiative was practiced.

MTT GAMES 2015

MTT GAMES 2015 was successfully organized by MTT Group of Companies at Prince of Wales Island International School and Botanica. CT Garden Township on 28th March 2015. Four contingent group of companies competed among MTT Group competed for 156 medals in 8 types of events (Bowling; Golf; Football; Badminton; Table Tennis; Competitive Run; Tug-of-War; Kali-Tui).

They are:

MTT-MTP-PR-PMH-ISSACT: Malaysia Trade & Transport Co Sdn Bhd, MTT Properties & Development Sdn Bhd, Priority Resources Sdn Bhd, Priority Materials Handling Sdn Bhd, IS Solutions and Consultancy Sdn Bhd

POWIIS: MTT Learning Academy Sdn Bhd, Prince of Wales Island International School

Synergy & Shipping: MTT Shipping Sdn Bhd, Priority Synergy Sdn Bhd

Priority: Priority Bonded Warehouse Sdn Bhd, Priority Cargo Sdn Bhd, SEKO Global Logistics (M) Sdn Bhd

MTT-MTP-PR-PMH-ISSACT won the overall champion with 8 gold medals, 5 silver medals and 7 bronze medals.

MTT GAMES 2015’s objective is to further cultivate corporate culture and strengthen relationships amongst peers.

Top Sportsman was won by Mr. Yeap Choon Wei from MTT-MTP-PR-PMH-ISSACT and Top Sportswoman were Ms. Winnie Lim Hwei Lin and Ms. Samantha Lee Su Chin from MTT-MTP-PR-PMH-ISSACT and Synergy & Shipping respectively.

Penang International Property (PIP) Expo 2015

MTT Properties & Development Sdn. Bhd. had recently participated in the Penang International Property (PIP) Expo 2015. The 3-day event was held at Subterranean Penang International Convention and Exhibition Centre (SPICE) from 9th to 11th January 2015. MTT Properties & Development Sdn. Bhd. took this privilege to introduce the latest residential phases (e.g. BOTANICA 5A, 5C and PHASE IV – Tropical Hillside Villas) which is located at BOTANICA.CT Garden Township.

Botanica.CT is a 300-acre garden township with 9 residential phases and 6 non-residential phases, Prince of Wales Island International School which is completed since 2011, a Private Medical Centre, a Clubhouse which is commencing construction in 2014, a Commercial Mall, a Retirement Resort and a Health and Spa Resort.
